How LiveOps Works
As independent contractors, agents are paid for the business services they provide to LiveOps. Typically, agent services include handling order calls or support calls for LiveOps clients.
As independent business owners or as part of a business, agents contract their expertise to LiveOps. As such, they supply their own equipment and technical support, establish their own workspace, and sign a contract with LiveOps to provide their services. Start the qualification process »
Once accepted into the LiveOps network, agents use the LiveOps online scheduling system to commit to providing services, in half-hour increments, at times of their choosing. Agents can also choose to work at any time while uncommitted. While LiveOps independent agents handle calls around-the-clock, 24/7/365, demand for agents varies by half-hour block.
Flexible Schedule, Outstanding Income Opportunities
Agents are not paid for the time that they commit, but for the actual calls that they take or make for clients during that time. As an agent's objective performance scores rise, the agent receives more calls and has more opportunities to make money. Agents invoice LiveOps at a rate that is based on minutes of talk time. This rate can vary by the type and complexity of calls. Agents also earn additional incentives for selling certain products or adding certain products to orders.
Those agents who generate the greatest income often provide services during the busiest call times. The busiest periods are often during the day on Saturdays and Sundays or during weekend dinner times to take food orders. LiveOps provides on-line invoicing for independent agents.
