LiveOps Channel Partner Program overview
The LiveOps Channel Partner Program is designed around two key principles:
- Empower our partners with the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Reward our partners for higher levels of revenue and commitment to LiveOps.
Through the channel program, partners increase their bottom lines with monthly recurring revenue by leveraging LiveOps' industry leading cloud contact center technology along with sales support, marketing tools, training, and more.
We currently offer the following partner types:
Referral partners deliver qualified leads to the LiveOps sales team and are eligible to receive a referral fee if the opportunity results in a sale. Customers referred through these partners are considered end customers of LiveOps.
Resellers independently manage the sales process and sub-license LiveOps applications and services at a discount. Customers brought in through these partners are considered direct customers of the partner.
