Former PayPal President Jeff Jordan and Former PeopleSoft EVP & CMO Nanci Caldwell Appointed to LiveOps Board

Palo Alto, CA, April 26, 2007 - LiveOps, the leader in distributed contact centers, today announced the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Jeff Jordan, former President of PayPal, and Nanci Caldwell, former PeopleSoft EVP and CMO.

Jordan brings over 25 years of operating, strategy and marketing experience to the LiveOps Board. Jordan spent seven years at eBay Inc., where he was general manager of eBay's North America business as well as President of PayPal. Prior to eBay, Jordan was Chief Financial Officer of Hollywood Entertainment, and President of their Reel.com subsidiary. He also spent eight years at The Walt Disney Company, serving as Chief Financial Officer of The Disney Stores and managing strategic planning for their consumer product division. Jordan received a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and serves on the boards of Pure Digital, CafePress, and MetaWeb.

Caldwell brings more than 25 years of experience in technology sales, marketing and general management to the LiveOps Board. Most recently, Ms. Caldwell was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing officer at PeopleSoft for the four years before its acquisition by Oracle. Prior to PeopleSoft, Caldwell spent 19 years at Hewlett-Packard where she served in a variety of executive roles, most recently as the Vice President of Marketing of the HP Services division. Caldwell holds a B.A. from Queens University and she currently serves on the board of Deltek, Inc and Network General. Caldwell also served on the board of Hyperion Solutions until April 2007 when Hyperion was acquired by Oracle.
