Jon Temple Joins LiveOps as President of Worldwide Operations

Former Hyperion EVP To Lead Company’s Global Expansion

Palo Alto, CA, September 25, 2007 - LiveOps, the leader in distributed contact center solutions, today announced that Jon Temple has joined the company as president of Worldwide Operations. In this role, Temple will lead all of the company's marketing, business development, revenue generating, partner and customer facing functions.

Temple, 44, brings to LiveOps more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, most recently as Executive Vice President of Hyperion's Worldwide Field Organization, where he managed a global team of over 2,000 and helped grow company revenues to nearly $1 billion and culminated in the successful $3.3B acquisition of Hyperion by Oracle earlier this year.

"Jon's experience in managing large global teams is a major asset for LiveOps as we continue to expand and grow our business," said Maynard Webb CEO of LiveOps. "Through a combination of our Software as a Service delivery model and our fast growing agent community, we are transforming the way organizations think about running and operating their contact centers and we are fortunate to attract a world-class leader like Jon to assist us in taking the company to the next level."

"While the traditional enterprise software market continues to experience consolidation, the SaaS model that LiveOps employs is taking off," said Temple. "By leveraging this along with a growing 'at home' workforce, we have the opportunity to create a world-class technology and services company - and truly change the world of work, especially in the contact center market which until now has been starved of innovation by larger legacy providers. I'm therefore very excited to be joining LiveOps and helping to lead it through an important period in its growth."

Prior to Hyperion, Temple served as president and CEO of Above All Software. He earlier spent 12 years at Business Objects in a variety of executive sales and operational leadership positions. During his tenure, Business Objects grew to become the leading worldwide business intelligence vendor, with annual revenues of more than $900 million. Prior to Business Objects, Temple held a variety of sales and account management roles at Information Builders.

Temple holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
