Murray Demo Joins LiveOps as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Former Adobe Systems CFO to Help Lead Company’s Rapid Expansion

Palo Alto, CA, October 30, 2007 - LiveOps, the leader in distributed call center solutions today announced that Murray Demo has joined the company as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and will report to LiveOps CEO Maynard Webb.

Demo, brings to LiveOps more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector. He was most recently the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of email security and compliance vendor Postini, where he helped finalize the sale of the company to Google. Prior to Postini, Demo served as Adobe's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure at Adobe, the company grew from approximately $0.8 billion to over $2.5 billion in annual revenues and achieved a market capitalization exceeding $20 billion. Demo had global responsibility for finance, investor relations, information services, real estate and facilities, purchasing and global supply-chain management organizations.

Prior to Adobe, Demo served in various leadership roles at United Business Media, Visionary Corporate Technologies, First Image Management, and GM Hughes Electronics. He also serves on the board of directors of Citrix Systems, Inc.

Demo holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
