Vasili Triant is the Chief Executive Officer of LiveOps. He is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the company. Under his leadership LiveOps is capitalizing on the cloud, social and mobile revolutions to transform customer service interactions. A customer service and telecommunications veteran and visionary, Vasili brings tremendous experience to LiveOps as a nearly 20-year customer service and telecommunications veteran.
In his previous role at LiveOps as Senior Vice President of Cloud Applications Sales, Vasili has driven more than 50 percent average annual growth of the Cloud Platform business.
Prior to LiveOps, Vasili spent nearly a decade at the helm of the ShoreTel Asia Pacific Sales and Contact Center Practice. Vasili also founded and led EvVolv Technologies, a successful IP telephony solutions provider that designed and implemented solutions around the Cisco, Mitel and ShoreTel platforms. Before EvVolv Technologies, Vasili served as the director of sales at a server-based IP PBX company, Com2001.com, which designed state-of-the-art speech-enabled UC solutions.
Vasili has a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
Ananth Avva is the chief financial officer at LiveOps and leads finance, corporate development and IT. Ananth brings with him broad-based experience in strategic finance including product pricing, capital raise and restructuring, strategic planning & budgeting, integrating complex finance operations & systems, business process outsourcing, equity research & investment analysis, and technical accounting.
Prior to LiveOps, Ananth led key projects at Google where he helped to scale and grow several teams in accounting, electronic payment services, financial operations, and financial planning & analysis. Prior to joining Google, Ananth was a sell-side equity research analyst at Voyant Advisors, where he assessed the reliability of the earnings, cash flow, and financial position reported by public companies. Ananth began his career in public accounting in the Silicon Valley with KPMG primarily specializing in the semiconductor and software industries.
In addition to his involvement at LiveOps, Ananth serves as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University in the masters of accounting program. Ananth holds a bachelors of science and masters of science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and earned a masters in business administration from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler School of Business. Ananth is also a certified public accountant (CPA-inactive), chartered financial analyst (CFA), and certified management accountant (CMA).
Ann Sung Ruckstuhl
Ann Sung Ruckstuhl is senior vice president and chief marketing officer at LiveOps. In her role, Ann drives LiveOps' overall marketing and lead generation strategies across the customer lifecycle. Her responsibilities include corporate, product, field and partner marketing, public relations, analyst relations, social media, demand creation, lead nurturing and customer retention.
Ann has over 15 years of executive management experience in building successful software and service businesses at start-ups and Fortune 500 companies including Symantec, Sybase (an SAP company), Billpoint (acquired by eBay), and Hewlett-Packard. As an executive at Symantec and HP, Ann drove steep revenue and profit growth in consumer tech support and network support services. She worked closely with a number of Symantec BPO partners to market services in 15 languages, provisioned by 14 contact centers with local access numbers in 25 countries. As a part of the core executive teams at Billpoint/eBay and Sybase, Ann pioneered the person-to-person online payment technology and transformed Sybase from a database software company to a global leader in enterprise mobility. Ann is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on consumerization of IT, cloud computing and marketing automation.
Ann received her bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and her master's degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
Jeff Thompson brings close to 20 years of expertise in developing innovative solutions for the global Fortune 500 designed to improve customer service delivery. With the 2014 acquisition of UserEvents, Jeff joined LiveOps as the lead for the CxEngage product that allows companies to consistently deliver great customer experiences by monitoring their customers’ journeys and proactively engaging with the customer at the right moment and with the right context. Prior to the acquisition, Jeff was UserEvents’ founder and CEO.
In 2006, Mr. Thompson was the founder & CEO of Conseros Software whose products prioritized and distributed work tasks to the best skilled and available employee throughout the enterprise, including the back-office. Fortune 500 clients realized 17 to 24% operational efficiencies in deploying the Conseros product while improving delivery of service to their customers. Jeff successfully executed an acquisition by Genesys Telecommunications Inc. in 2009 and the Conseros software has been key in expanding Genesys’ reach beyond the contact center. Prior to Conseros, Jeff worked in a variety of leadership positions with NBTel, a subsidiary of Bell Canada and recognized innovator in the telecommunications industry; PowerTel, a competitive local exchange carrier in Australia and is now Telecom New Zealand; Exigen Group, an early pioneer in cloud and SaaS applications; and iQor, a multi-national BPO provider & InformationWeek technology innovator.
Jeff is the Vice Chair at Ignite Fredericton, President at Propel ICT, an active angel investor and advisor to several early-stage startups.
Keith McFarlane is Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering at LiveOps. In this capacity, he leads global software design and development efforts, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of the industry’s most innovative and resilient contact center platform. With a background including 20 years of contact center, enterprise software, and cloud platform experience, McFarlane brings deep experience, leading-edge thinking, and organization-building skills to the task of growing the world’s best contact center technology engineering organization.
Keith started his career as a software engineer at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he learned from some of the best minds in software engineering research and development. After the spin-off of AT&T’s business technology division into Lucent Technologies, and through the subsequent formation of Avaya, he remained immersed in the design and development of contact center technologies. He earned five patents in his tenure with these companies, and contributed thought and code to some of the best-recognized contact center systems in the world. To diversify his experience, he then joined PeopleSoft, working on the CRM product as development manager of the Sales Force Automation group, and building out key lead management, marketing integration, and forecasting features.
In his 6-year tenure with LiveOps, Keith has established himself as a passionate advocate for innovation and modernization in the contact center industry. He is frequently called upon to speak at industry events, and has cultivated a wide following across multiple social media platforms.
Norma Jean Lane
Norma oversees strategic workforce management at LiveOps. She manages the planning, direction and implementation of all human resources programs and policies and participates in the overall executive management of the company. Her team serves all LiveOps employees in the areas of human resource services, compensation, benefits, organizational development, training, EEO compliance, recruiting, staffing, and all other aspects of human capital management.
With over 20 years as a strategic human resources leader, Norma has an impressive track record in translating and aligning strategic business plans into HR strategy and operations to achieve Corporate objectives. Norma's extensive experience spans from leading global HR operations at fortune 500 companies to overseeing the HR due diligence process through successful IPOs. She also has extensive experience representing management in labor union mediations, building leadership development programs, as well as designing and implementing complex total compensation programs. Additionally, she is an expert in building highly efficient and respected global HR teams.
Prior to joining LiveOps, Norma held HR executive positions at successful companies in the Silicon Valley, to include ShoreTel, Fortinet Security Networks, Foundry Networks, Silicon Graphics, Direct TV Broadband, Kaiser Permanente and Apple Computer. Additionally Norma has been active on various Corporate Boards as a management representative for Compensation Committees.
Norma holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from University of San Francisco. She is currently completing the Certificate of Equity Professionals (CEP) at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and maintains certification in Myers Briggs Assessment and other critical HR assessment tools.
Additionally, she received the prestigious award as "Speaker of the Year" from the Women of Color Action Network (WCAN), a global Women's Leadership association.
Rob Clarke is the SVP of Global Platform Sales. He has overall revenue responsibility for cloud applications at LiveOps. Under his leadership, the sales team is focused on enabling the marketplace to provide an effortless customer experience in the cloud. An industry veteran with 20 years of technology and sales experience, Rob's strengths include sales team growth, productivity improvement, and channel development; and he is passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential.
In his previous role as Vice President of Cloud Applications Sales at LiveOps, Rob was focused on building the North American sales team and creating an effective channel program which enables partners to grow their business by delivering the best customer service solutions in the cloud. Under Rob's leadership, revenue from channel sales increased 500% in one year.
Rob's experience spans a variety of markets in the high tech industry with dynamic technology companies like Extreme Networks, Enterasys, and ShoreTel where he was instrumental in developing new channels and creating sales models that produce top results. Prior to LiveOps, Rob spent more than 6 years in sales leadership roles at ShoreTel driving exponential growth in the western United States and Canada. He also led sales expansion into new markets in Central and Latin America, making that region the most productive in the company in a short period of time.
Prior to his successful foray into sales Rob gained valuable technical experience as a network engineer deploying switching and routing solutions nationally for a fast growing CLEC and he is a proud veteran of the United States Navy where he spent 6 years deploying and maintaining highly complex cryptology systems globally.
