Liveops Atlanta, Georgia roadshow had the largest turnout to date

The Atlanta Roadshow was truly noteworthy, with 150+ agents in attendance, in addition to 15 staff and 2 clients—the largest attendance of any Liveops event to date! Needless to say, the energy, enthusiasm and experience completely blew us away.

Groups of Liveops agents discuss customer service best practices

On September 18th, we gathered at the Georgia Aquarium—the largest aquarium in the world—with a focus on connection. With such a large group of agents gathered in one location, conversations buzzed around the room. The most popular topics at hand? The purpose that drove each individual to start the journey as an independent agent, shared challenges and successes, ideas for enhancing how agents do business today, among many others.

Liveops VP of Client Results, Tim Whipple, talks to group of roadside assistance agents about handling calls during a crisis

Agents took full advantage of their opportunity to interact directly with Liveops CEO, Greg Hanover, who tackled many agent questions and testimonials with appreciation and transparency. They also collaborated in their line groups, sharing best practices, as well as the top issues they face today, with both myself and Tim Whipple, VP of Client Results.
