The energy was electric last month as more than 60 Liveops agents and those interested in becoming agents gathered at the first roadshow in 2020! Located at Dockside on Lake Nona in Orlando, Florida, remote Liveops agents had the opportunity to meet each other, as well as Liveops team members, face-to-face.
Roadshows are a great way for agents to connect with fellow business owners, collaborate, and share feedback and ideas. Their feedback helps shape the agent experience at Liveops, and in turn, shapes the experience of our clients’ end-users.
“Roadshows are invaluable to our agents, and us as a company,” said Liveops CEO Greg Hanover. “Our agents have many ways to collaborate with each other every day, but meeting your peers in person is an impactful way to build stronger connections.”
Agents at the roadshow heard Hanover speak about some of the exciting things on the horizon for the company. They also had the opportunity to ask relevant questions to help advance their home businesses. We were especially impressed with some of the great ideas agents had to improve their partnership with Liveops.
In addition to in-person events, Liveops offers several collaboration tools for agents. Liveops Nation is a powerful networking tool that brings together all agents into one portal. The “water cooler” of remote work, Liveops Nation allows agents to connect, find additional program opportunities, further their learning experiences, and more. Katie Bapple, Senior Director of Agent Experience says, “Even though you work from home, you never work alone.”
