Darron has been a CPA for over 20 years, leading financial organizations in healthcare, retail and BPO. He enjoys anything outdoors or sports-related, and spending time with family and his two dogs.

Jeanne Bliss pioneered the role of the Chief Customer Officer, holding the first ever CCO role at Lands’ End, Microsoft, Coldwell Banker and Allstate Corporations. She has four international best-selling books and co-founded the Customer Experience Professionals Association.

Sue Nokes Asurion

Sue is the Advisory Board Vice Chairman at Asurion. As former Chief Customer and Operations Officer at T-Mobile and VP at Walmart, she has been transforming customer experience in the Fortune 100 for 25+ years.

Greg has been in leadership at Liveops since 2008 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2017. Prior to Liveops, Greg has held additional leadership roles in the contact center space as well as the sports and entertainment industry.
